Eligibility

Please review the information below to confirm that the Q-munity Wellness Clinic will be able to provide you with the type of care you are looking for.

At this time, we are not able to address all psychiatric concerns.

We offer care for LGBTQ+ individuals who are seeking psychiatric/mental health care.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer care for:

  • Individuals who are experiencing an acute crisis, including suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, psychosis, or mania. If this applies to you, please proceed to the nearest Crisis Response Center or Emergency Department, or call 988 or 911.

  • Individuals seeking treatment only for substance use disorder (SUD) or eating disorder (ED).

  • Individuals specifically seeking a prescription for a benzodiazepine.
