Our clinic takes place on Monday afternoons at the Hall-Mercer Community Mental Health Center.

 

If you are interested in scheduling an appointment with us, please see below:

• Call Hall-Mercer at (215) 829-3461.

​

• Let them know that you would like an appointment with the Q-munity Wellness Clinic.

​

• You will be registered, and a QWC team member will call you to see if and how we can best help you.

​

• After your call with a QWC team member, Hall-Mercer will call you to schedule your first visit.

​

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment.
